Job summary

DCH Kay Honda, a Lithia & Driveway dealership, is hiring BDC Administrators for the Service Department. This full-time role offers a base pay of $17 per hour plus commissions and a robust benefits package.

We seek candidates with 2+ years in retail/admin roles, a bilingual Spanish skill, and a team-oriented, customer-focused mindset. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail and/or administrative roles.
• Bilingual in Spanish a huge plus!
• Dealership BDC experience preferred but not required
• A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities

• Gather accurate customer information to create a database for continual follow-up and retention.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.
• Utilize computer & phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales and customer retention.
• Schedule solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, other generic leads and service and parts customers

Who We're Looking For

Total Rewards

The hourly wage for this position is $17.00 with additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
