Priority Honda Hampton is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to answer incoming service calls, emails and text inquiries, and to schedule and confirm service appointments. You will follow up with customers, communicate with service advisors and management, maintain accurate records, and assist with satisfaction initiatives, delivering a professional and friendly experience with every interaction.

• BDC, call center or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and phone skills.

Total Rewards
