Service and Maintenance Planner
Founded in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1963 by Jack L. Tyler, P.E., Jack Tyler Engineering, Inc exists to serve its customers by providing engineered technical solutions to customers' problems. Jack Tyler Engineering was founded on core family values, and those same values drive every part of our organization today. Now, 60 years later and in the hands of our 3rd generation of family leadership, we are growing and expanding our services in both task and territory.
Jack Tyler Engineering exists to serve two main purposes:
The specific equipment that we sell and service from our three Arkansas locations includes pumps and pump systems, compressed air systems, valves, actuators, mechanical seals, controls, water treatment equipment, wastewater treatment equipment, and water storage tanks.
If you are an individual who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills and have the ability to follow through on customers’ needs, you may be the person we are looking for to join our team as a Service and Maintenance Planner. The service writer’s responsibilities include ensuring the customer’s needs are filled, coordinating transactions between the company and the customer, and performing cost and time estimates for those transactions. If hired for this role, you will play a critical part in serving our customers.
