Berkshire Health & Rehabilitation Center in Vinton, VA is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Service Ambassador. Schedule is Monday through Friday, offering a weekday position focused on guest service and front desk duties.

You will greet patients and visitors, answer calls, manage lobby flow, and handle mail and administrative tasks. Competitive hourly pay with benefits, daily pay, and growth opportunities are included.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception / lobby area.
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Other clerical duties as needed for the successful operation of the center.
