Qualifications

• Five or more years in customer service or related field

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison among Sales, Finance, and customers
• Manage the sales process for service agreements
• Assist sales teams with service agreement quotes and information
• Manage and revise service agreement terms and conditions
• Collaborate with Finance on monthly reporting, invoicing, and revenue recognition
• Generate reports on service agreement status and performance
• Maintain accurate service agreement and asset records in the CRM system
• Maintain current service agreement pricing in the quoting system
• Process CRM revisions to service agreement assets and configurations
• Interpret and apply legal contracts including sales and vendor agreements
• Communicate with customers about quotes, terms, compliance, and related matters
• Keep team members informed about contract status, pricing, and product details
• Oversee invoicing for purchased service agreements
