Job summary

Valmet is seeking an Account Specialist in Beloit, Wisconsin to serve as the customer contact for accounts and to facilitate all inside sales functions. You will provide technical support and quotations for spare parts, handling inquiries from mills and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires an Associate's Degree and 3–5 years of customer service or technical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or pulp and paper context.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree from a two year college in business or engineering or related field; 3 to 5 years customer service experience or experience in a technical capacity, preferably in the pulp and paper industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
