Byers Dublin Subaru is seeking a Service Advisor to oversee the drive lane flow and deliver exceptional, courteous service. You will own the customer experience and ensure technicians’ time is allocated effectively, providing concierge support for owners both in person and by phone.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a professional appearance, and a clean driving record. Pre-employment background check and drug screen may be required.

• Ensure daily technician time is adequately allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
