Byers Dublin Subaru in the Columbus area is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and help manage the service drive lane.

You will take ownership of the customer experience, coordinate work between technicians, and communicate clearly to ensure prompt, courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must be organized with strong time management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage others or coordinate shop flow.
• Reliable with clean driving record.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt service for customers.
• Take ownership of the customer experience to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated efficiently to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize throughput.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
