Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues and service requests.
• Prepare repair orders and obtain necessary customer authorizations.
• Recommend maintenance and repair services per manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Communicate repair estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and efficient repairs.
• Monitor progress and address delays or concerns during the repair process.
• Review completed repairs with customers and explain services performed.
• Ensure repair orders are closed accurately and in dealership policy.
• Maintain customer relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in achieving department sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay current on Hyundai products, services, warranties, recalls, and maintenance schedules.
