MileOne Automotive is seeking a motivated Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM team in Maryland. This role connects customers with our factory-trained technicians, guiding service recommendations and managing repair processes to maximize customer satisfaction.

You will build lasting relationships, schedule appointments, and communicate clearly to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Formación

• Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and warranty requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the liaison between customers and service technicians to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
• Greet customers and discuss maintenance/repair needs with them.
• Recommend services per manufacturer specs and warranty requirements.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, estimates, and customer communications.
• Build trust through clear communication and professional follow-up.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Help create a seamless service experience that keeps customers coming back.
