MileOne Automotive is hiring a Service Advisor/Service Writer to join a top-performing Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership. You will interact with customers to assess service needs, prepare estimates, and coordinate appointments in a fast-paced service department.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and maintenance guidelines.
• Basic Microsoft Office, computer, internet, and mathematical skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers and consult with them regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.
• Recommend appropriate services following manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements.
• Schedule and manage service appointments, repair estimates, and customer communications.
• Build trust through clear communication, outstanding customer service, and professional follow-up.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with a customer-first approach.
• Help create a seamless service experience that keeps customers coming back.
