MileOne Automotive's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM dealership is seeking a Service Advisor/Service Writer to join a top-performing service team. You will be the link between customers and technicians, guiding maintenance and repair discussions to ensure an exceptional ownership experience.

You’ll schedule appointments, prepare estimates, follow manufacturer specifications, and build trust with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic vehicle functions, characteristics, and operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office, computer, internet, and mathematical skills.

What You’ll Do as a Service Advisor

As the connection between our customers and our service technicians, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping drive service department performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and procedural manuals.
• Basic Microsoft Office, computer, internet, and mathematical skills.
