MileOne Automotive is seeking a motivated Service Advisor/Service Writer to join our Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM team in Maryland. This role connects customers with our factory-trained technicians, guiding service recommendations and managing repair processes to maximize customer satisfaction.

You will build lasting relationships, schedule appointments, and communicate clearly to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and warranty requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the liaison between customers and service technicians to deliver an exceptional ownership experience.
• Greet customers and discuss maintenance/repair needs with them.
• Recommend services per manufacturer specs and warranty requirements.

What You\'\'ll Do as a Service Advisor

• As the connection between our customers and our service technicians, you'\2019\'ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping drive service department performance.

What We\'\'re Looking For

• Previous automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic vehicle functions, characteristics, and operations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, and proceduralmanuals.
• BasicMicrosoftOffice, computer, internet, andmathematicalskills.
