You’ll greet customers, answer questions, sell maintenance, document information, build estimates, obtain approvals, and collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth operating. This role offers competitive pay, training, modern tools, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred.
• 1+ year sales experience or demonstrated ability to sell services.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional experience.
• Answer calls and assist customers with service questions.
• Sell recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Enter and track customer and vehicle information in shop management software.
• Build repair estimates and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Obtain customer authorization for repairs.
• Work closely with technicians to review inspection results and service recommendations.
• Notify customers when vehicles are ready and arrange payment and pickup.
