Lithia & Driveway in New Jersey seeks an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to identify concerns, explain required services, and coordinate repairs. You will walk around vehicles, secure approvals, review inspections, and provide accurate estimates while maintaining open communication with customers. A valid driver's license and weekend availability are required, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of High-Line Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Open availability, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain services, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess needs.
• Obtain customer approval for services and repairs.
• Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Provide clear and accurate service estimates.

• Follow company service processes throughout the service visit.

What You’ll Do

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($70,000 to $114,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions -Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses -Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
