Job summary

Audi Millburn, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Service Department in Maplewood, NJ. You will identify customer concerns, explain services and costs, perform vehicle walk-arounds, obtain approvals, and coordinate repairs with technicians.

We seek a candidate with 2+ years of High-Line service advising, strong communication, and an organized approach. A valid driver's license is required and open availability, including Saturdays, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of High-Line Service Advisor experience.
• Automotive knowledge or technician background is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Open availability, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs.
• Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs.
• Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Provide clear and accurate service estimates.
• Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders.
• Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers.
• Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit.
