Lithia & Driveway's L0702 Audi Millburn dealership is hiring B & C Level Automotive Service Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently, following manufacturer standards. This full-time role reports to the Service Manager.

We seek experienced technicians with ASE certifications a plus, able to work on all makes and models, maintain tools, and deliver clean, safe vehicles to customers. Competitive flat-rate pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• B and C Technician experience preferred.
• Experience repairing all makes and models.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles efficiently and accurately per manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and identify causes of malfunctions.
• Follow safety guidelines and quality control throughout the repair process.
• Perform vehicle testing and road tests to verify repairs.
• Track labor time and document repair details and test results.
• Maintain personal tools and ensure tools are returned to designated locations.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked; handle shop materials responsibly.
• Deliver vehicles to customers in a clean, professional condition.
• Complete required training and maintain applicable manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Collaborate with team members and report safety or operational concerns.

What You'll Do

• Vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

Total Rewards

The flat rate range for this position is $20 to $30. This is a flat-rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
