Job summary

Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM seeks an Assistant Service Manager with Service Advisor/Writer experience to assist in the smooth operation of a high-volume Service Department. You will help ensure customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and support the Service Manager in daily activities.

We offer a competitive weekly pay range of $600-$800, potential commission, and benefits including medical/dental, paid time off, and college classes through Strayer University Degrees@work.

Qualifications

• Required: Automotive Service Writer/Advisor experience.
• Prefer Automotive Assistant Service Manager experience.
• Good managerial, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the profitable operation of the Service Department and support the Service Manager.
• Communicate with customers, explain vehicle maintenance and repairs, and create estimates.
• Ensure timely estimation and completion of repair orders and help hit monthly CSI targets.
• Support Parts, Sales, and Rentals as needed and ensure Receptionist coverage.
