You will coordinate with the service manager, technicians and sales staff to ensure accurate estimates and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact between the dealership and customers for repair and maintenance service on their vehicles.
• Provide customer satisfaction and maximize dealership sales of parts and service.
• Report to the Service Manager/Service Director and coordinate with sales managers, group leaders and technicians.
• Address customer complaints not resolved at the service writer level.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously to satisfy inquiries.
• Greet service customers warmly and be an excellent host.
