Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between customers and the dealership for repair and maintenance services. You will work closely with the Service Manager, sales managers, and technicians to ensure excellent customer care and accurate estimates.

This role emphasizes hosting customers, resolving issues professionally, and driving service sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Candidates must be well spoken with excellent telephone skills.
• Be a positive associate providing exceptional personalized service to guests and community.
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
• Handle minor customer complaints with professionalism, courtesy and tact.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact between the dealership and customer for repair and maintenance services.
• Aim to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize parts and service sales.
• Report to the Service Manager/Director and collaborate with sales managers, group leaders, and technicians.
• Work with management to handle customer complaints unresolved at the service writer level.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously; satisfy caller inquiries.
• Greet service customers warmly and be the perfect host.
