Ed Morse Sawgrass Automall is seeking a Service Advisor to join our expanding team. The role centers on serving as the main liaison for customers, coordinating service work, and supporting parts and service sales.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused and professional, with strong communication and phone skills. As part of a family-oriented automotive group, you will collaborate with service managers, sales teams, and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional personalized service to guests and community.
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, courtesy, and tact.

Responsibilities

• Act as the principal contact between the dealership and customer for repair and maintenance service.
• Aim to provide customer satisfaction and maximize parts/service sales.
• Coordinate with Service Manager/Director, sales managers, and technicians.
• Address complaints that cannot be resolved at the service writer level.
• Promptly answer inbound calls and satisfy inquiries.
• Greet service customers warmly and be a welcoming host.
• Listen to customer reasons for service and offer diagnostics or repairs.
• Provide accurate estimates for recommended services or repairs.
