Job summary

Kia Country of Hilton head in the United States is seeking a Service Operations professional to oversee service orders, manage the drive lane flow, and ensure customers receive prompt, courteous service.

You will take ownership of the customer experience, provide concierge support for owner inquiries, and help diagnose vehicle issues while coordinating warranties and parts to keep technician time efficiently utilized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by completing assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time inventory is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
• Oversee administration of warranty claims and training of service staff.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to standards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain good working relationship with factories and foster positive employee relations.
