Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Service Advisor/Sales to promote and sell all products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and following company standards. You will greet customers in person and by phone, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify service needs.

You will recommend services, clearly communicate additional suggestions, document all recommendations, provide quotes, update customers on progress, and review completed work and warranties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days a week, including weekends.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally both in person and by phone.
• Listen to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and accurately identify service needs.
• Recommend services, clearly communicate additional suggestions, and document all recommendations.
• Promote sales by demonstrating product knowledge and understanding service requirements.
• Provide accurate quotes, update customers on service progress, and review completed work and warranties.
• Follow procedures for cashing out, and conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns, core parts, and warranty items for customers, performing other assigned duties as needed.
