Job summary

RideNow Powersports Boulder is seeking a friendly Service Advisor to greet customers, schedule repairs, and guide them through the service process for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft.

You will document concerns accurately, provide clear cost estimates, communicate progress to customers, and promote service promotions while ensuring a smooth repair experience and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to write clear and concise service repair orders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and recalls.

• Review completed work with the customer, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
