Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Gainesville is seeking a Service Advisor who is enthusiastic and customer-focused to join our team. You will handle appointment scheduling, greet customers, document concerns, and guide them through the repair process.

You’ll educate customers on services and costs, promote promotions, monitor progress, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. A motorcycle endorsement is preferred and a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to write clear and concise service repair orders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for repairs, maintenance, and recalls.

• Monitor repair progress to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process.
• Review completed work with the customer, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
