Job summary

RideNow Powersports - Dallas is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll schedule service appointments, greet customers, and guide them through the service process for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and personal watercraft.

You will document concerns, communicate estimates and delays, promote services and promotions, monitor progress, and ensure customer satisfaction. A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required; motorcycle endorsement is a plus;

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a powersports or automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to write clear service repair orders.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process.
• Review completed work with the customer, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
