Qualifications

High level customer service experience.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Dealership experience preferred.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Interface with customers, technicians and salespersons to identify and recommend vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verify work was completed properly and accurately diagnosed.
Research vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Input and maintain customer information in the system.
Complete tasks efficiently and stay organized throughout the shift.
Use phone, email, and chat to communicate with customers.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team.
