Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor, automotive technician, or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems or willingness to learn.
• Professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen carefully to vehicle concerns and service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and manage daily shop workflow.
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs clearly to customers.
• Serve as the liaison between technicians and customers.
• Monitor repair progress to ensure efficient turnaround times.
• Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.
• Collaborate with service and dealership leadership to maintain smooth operations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in through vehicle pickup.
