Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed work orders and communicate effectively with technicians.
• Recommend additional services based on inspection results and prepare cost estimates.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repair transactions.
