Puente Hills Chrysler Dodge is seeking a Service Advisor to schedule vehicle service and upsell additional maintenance. You will greet customers, gather vehicle data, and communicate repair needs clearly to build trust and drive service revenue.

Responsibilities include providing accurate estimates, obtaining approvals, following up on repairs, and delivering vehicles with explanations of work performed. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule service work in the service department and sell additional services to customers.
• Greet customers professionally and communicate vehicle concerns and repair needs clearly.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates and secure customer approval.
• Keep customers updated on progress and changes to estimates or timelines.
• Maintain CSI ratings and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and explain repair work and maintenance recommendations.
