Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven dealership Service Advisor experience or auto service management background.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to explain issues clearly to customers.
• Familiarity with Stellantis/FCA/Mopar brand standards is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally, listen to vehicle concerns, and document service needs.
• Provide repair estimates, explain procedures clearly, and recommend maintenance services.
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs based on urgency and parts availability.
• Advise customers on additional services to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Manage service writing — create work orders, update statuses, and process transactions.
• Maintain communication with customers on repair status and outcomes.
• Collaborate with parts to order components promptly.
• Promote dealership services to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
