Job summary

Concord Mazda, part of the DGDG family, is seeking a Service Advisor in Concord, CA to deliver a world-class automotive service experience. You will greet guests, assess needs, and guide repairs, while maintaining clear communication and adherence to manufacturer specifications.

Training and opportunities for growth are emphasized within a values-driven culture. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a service-advisor role, a valid driver's license, and availability for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service advisor experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine their needs, and coordinate vehicle repairs using X-Time and CDK
• Meet guests’ needs throughout the service process
• Write Repair Orders, coordinate check-in and delivery processes, build and communicate repair estimates, follow-up on the progress of repairs, and update guests regarding their service repairs
• Contact guests regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail, and obtain proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed
• Advise guests on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications, using maintenance menus
