Job summary

Concord Mazda, part of the DGDG family, seeks a skilled Service Advisor to deliver a world-class automotive retail experience. You will greet guests, assess their needs, and manage repairs from check-in to delivery, using X-Time and CDK to keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• Commitment to excellent guest experience - on the phone/email, in the store, and after purchase.
• 1-year of previous Service Advisor experience
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• X-Time and CDK experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, determine needs, and coordinate repairs using X-Time and CDK.
• Meet guests’ needs throughout the service process.
• Write Repair Orders and communicate estimates to guests.
• Follow up on repair progress and obtain authorization for additional work.
• Advise guests on car care and manufacturer-recommended maintenance.
