Job summary

Morrie’s Minnetonka Subaru is seeking a full-time Service Advisor. You will greet customers, listen to vehicle issues, collect details, and inspect for bodywork needs, notifying customers when work is required.

Responsibilities include securing repair agreements, presenting estimates and timelines, advising on maintenance per manufacturer specs, handling inquiries, and following up with customers. CDK experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Problem solving skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong verbal and written communication for customers and teammates.
• Professional personal presentation and good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to the problem, and collect vehicle information.
• Inspect vehicles for bodywork and notify the customer if work is needed.
• Secure agreement on repairs; cover cost estimate and timeline.
• Advise on car care per manufacture specs and maintenance menus.
• Handle inquiries, follow up on progress, and review charges with customers.
• Refer leads to sales, assist the service manager, and follow safety procedures.
