Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow into leadership/Lane Manager position.
• Desire to grow into leadership and Lane Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally and determine their service needs.
• Listen carefully to customers and accurately document vehicle concerns and requested services.
• Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates for labor, parts and services.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Explain completed repairs and charges clearly when vehicles are ready for delivery.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
