Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to confidently explain automotive repairs and recommendations to customers.
• Willingness to learn, listen, and continue developing professionally.
• Desire to grow into a leadership/Lane Manager position is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally and determine their service needs.

• Conduct thorough vehicle walk-arounds and identify additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle condition.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate repair recommendations clearly to customers.
• Provide customers with accurate estimates for labor, parts, and services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat and referral business.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat and referral business.
• Meet individual and department performance goals.
• Follow dealership processes, manufacturer guidelines, and all applicable policies and procedures.
• Assist with maintaining an organized and efficient service drive.
• Work with management on process improvements and department goals.
• Take on increasing responsibility as you develop toward the future Lane Manager position .

Position Requirements

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to confidently explain automotive repairs and recommendations to customers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively with technicians, parts personnel, management, and customers
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and ability to hold yourself accountable
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to learn, listen, and continue developing professionally
• Desire to grow into a leadership/Lane Manager position is strongly preferred.
• Previous leadership or service-lane management experience is a plus, but not required
