Job summary

Ciocca GM of Flemington is actively seeking an energetic and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will manage service orders, guide customers through visits, and ensure efficient drive-lane flow while promoting service sales.

We offer a commission-based pay model with a realistic $70,000–$90,000 potential annually, full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO, holidays, and a full benefits package. This is a great opportunity for advancement within Ciocca Automotive.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in service and sales within automotive service.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license with clean driving record is required.
• GM dealership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Maximize daily technician time sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Respond to technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering parts/tools.

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
