Job summary

Ciocca Chevrolet GMC of Flemington is seeking an energetic automotive express service advisor to join our growing team. You will schedule express service appointments, review service history, and help customers understand estimates while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or sales with a proven track record.
• Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules express service appointments.
• References service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day; contacts customers about changes.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.

• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
