Ciocca Chevrolet GMC of Flemington is seeking an energetic express service advisor to join our growing team. You’ll influence customer decisions by reviewing service history, inspecting vehicles, and presenting accurate estimates.

We offer a full-time position with some Saturdays, a supportive environment, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Excellent benefits include paid time off, healthcare plans, and 401(k) with company matching.

Qualifications

• Consistent record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Schedules express service appointments.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
