Job summary

Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of Flemington is seeking an energetic Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Flemington, NJ. You will oversee service flow, communicate with customers, and ensure timely, courteous support to deliver exceptional service.

We offer a commission-based pay of $60,000–$100,000 yearly, full-time hours (some Saturdays), PTO, 401(k) with company match, leading insurance programs, and clear opportunities for advancement within Ciocca Automotive.

Qualifications

• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow; ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
