Ciocca Chevrolet GMC of Flemington is seeking an energetic and motivated Express Service Advisor to join our growing team in Flemington, NJ. This full-time role involves scheduling express service, reviewing service histories, and delivering accurate estimates to customers while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Schedule express service appointments.
• Reference service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend needed service.
• Provide complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor repair progress and contact customers about changes in estimates or timing.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:

• Schedules express service appointments.
• Refers to service history, inspects vehicles, and recommends additional needed service.
• Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Checks on progress of repair throughout the day. Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
