Job summary

Ciocca GM of Flemington seeks an energetic automotive service advisor to join a growing team. You will oversee service orders, guide the drive lane, and deliver prompt, courteous service to customers.

The role offers a commission-based pay range of $70,000–$90,000 annually, full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO/holidays, an air-conditioned shop, 401K with match, comprehensive insurance, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Consistent track record of service and sales success.
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• GM experience preferred (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane to ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, via phone or in person.
• Manage daily technicians’ time to maximize service sales.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as needed.

• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
