Job summary

Ciocca Mercedes-Benz of Flemington is seeking an energetic automotive service advisor to join our growing team. You will oversee service orders, guide customers, and coordinate technicians to maximize service value in a high-quality, member-focused environment.

The role offers a commission-based pay structure with $60,000–$100,000 potential annually, full-time hours including some Saturdays, PTO/holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company matching and top-tier

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee service orders and drive lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous service
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone
• Manage technicians' time to maximize sales of services
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering parts/tools as needed

• Consistent record of service and sales success
• Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, order parts and tools as necessary.
