Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience.
• Previous dealership experience is desired.
• Experience providing customer support and maintaining clear customer communication.
• Coordinate customer communication, repair updates, and service documentation.
• Experience using CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership management software.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
