Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus.
• Ability to identify problems quickly.
• Knowledge of automobiles.
• Proven record of exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Past experience as service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant.

• Personal and professional integrity.
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair/service procedures.
• Minimum of 1 year in service department.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain customer/vehicle information.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up time and monitor progress throughout the day.
• Update customers frequently and reconcile final invoice with repair orders.
