Job summary

North Florida Lincoln Company is seeking a Service Advisor at our Jacksonville Ford/Lincoln dealership. The role focuses on greeting customers, capturing vehicle information, and guiding maintenance decisions with clear estimates.

You will report vehicle symptoms, communicate progress, and explain all charges to customers while aiming for exceptional satisfaction and repeat business. A dynamic, fast-paced environment supports growth and stability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year in service department preferred.
• Knowledge of automobiles and repair procedures helpful.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Proven record of achieving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and ascertain their needs.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information for service.
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
• Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history.
• Prepare a complete estimate of labor and parts.
• Establish follow-up and monitor repair progress.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
