• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly.
• Obtain customer and vehicle information.
• Report vehicle symptoms clearly as described by the customer.
• Determine maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle.
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts.
• Establish follow up times.
• Monitor progress and update customers.
• Explain completed work and charges to customers.
