Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience at an automotive dealership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS).
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while providing an excellent service experience.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Listen to customers and clearly document their vehicle concerns and requested services.
• Review recommended maintenance and repair needs with customers.
• Establish expectations and appropriate follow-up times.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the service process.
• Keep customers informed with timely and consistent updates.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and other members of the Service team.
• Review completed repairs, services, and charges with customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote long-term customer satisfaction.
