Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive setting.
• Experience in high-volume dealership environments is preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally with an excellent service experience.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information and document concerns.
• Explain maintenance and repair needs and establish expectations with customers.
• Monitor progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and service team and review final charges with customers.
