Puente Hills Toyota is seeking experienced Service Advisors and Express Service Advisors to join a fast-paced, high-volume service department. You will greet customers, collect vehicle information, and guide them through maintenance decisions with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience at an automotive dealership.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally while providing an excellent service experience.
• Obtain accurate customer and vehicle information.
• Listen to customers and clearly document their vehicle concerns and requested services.

• Establish expectations and appropriate follow-up times.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the service process.

• Review completed repairs, services, and charges with customers.
